These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“the Client”, “you”) and Power Steam Cleaning Solutions Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) for the provision of our cleaning services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services provided
We provide professional power steam cleaning services as described on our website, quotations, or invoices. Any additional work not included in the original agreement will be subject to extra charges, agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Bookings and quotations

All bookings must be confirmed by us in writing (email or text).

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions arise.
3. Access to the property

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed date and time.

If we cannot gain access due to keys not being provided, locked gates, or other restrictions, a call-out charge may apply.
4. Client responsibilities

Remove fragile, valuable, or personal items from the work area.

Ensure electricity and water supply are available where required.

Notify us of any damage, hazards, or health and safety concerns at the site before work begins.
5. Photographs and marketing
We may take before-and-after photographs of the work completed at your property. These may be used for records, training, and marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to this unless you request otherwise in writing before the service date.
6. Payment terms

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather, safety risks, or other factors outside our control.
8. Liability

While we take every care when working, we are not responsible for any damage to property, fixtures, fittings, or surfaces that arises from the provision of our services, unless such damage is caused by our proven negligence.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or the failure of materials, finishes, or surfaces as a result of cleaning.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or loss of use of property.

Our total liability, where legally permitted, is limited to the value of the service provided.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, accidents, or equipment breakdown.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
